Note: A few antivirus programs keep detecting a couple of the included files as viruses. This is false positive. These vendors were informed numerous times and the serious companies such as DrWeb and Kaspersky, update their signatures to remove the false detection within a few hours after being informed. Others, such as McAfee, despite all the efforts and contacts, don’t do anything to update their signatures. For a few unknown ones, which use third party signatures, there is no way to contact them or they simply don’t respond. This program will never knowingly distribute any kind of malware.

Thanks for this tool, I have Firefox 28.0 and the option to download is not expanded, I click in any version and is not expanding, I tested with Chrome 33 and IE 11 and it works, the problem happens in Forefox 28.0
Check FF plugins, JS/script blocking etc. I am testing site on both FF and Chrome all the time, meaning last N versions of both work fine, major mobile browsers as well. Might need to clear browser cache as well.

When I try to select a Windows 7 iso, it tells me “This doesn’t seem to be a valid source!”. I have tried 2 different ISOs, including one I downloaded from Microsoft themselves. I manually checked, and all the files mentioned in the error message do in fact exist, however I notice that the message specifies /boot/BCD, but bcd is in lower case in the iso. Are you using case-sensitive filenames when checking?
It’s not case sensitive. Can you upload all log files as mentioned in FAQ #14?
Never mind… Once I looked at the log file I discovered the problem. I was running it from a network share, and apparently it doesn’t like that. Perhaps it would be good to add some code that checks for such things and gives an appropriate error message?
I use quite often network share, although not tested extensively.
What is the exact network path which is failing, including ISO file names?
It would also help to post the relevant lines in the log file.

It wasn’t the path of the ISO that was failing… it was the path to the executables themselves. I was running Windows in a VM, and lauching winsetup from the download directory on my host machine.

And yes, there are some checks for hotlinking, no idea why you’d need a proxy at all, but if it’s sending blank http referers it won’t be allowed.

When released with support for USB 3.0?
I got it working by plugging my USB 3 flash drive into a USB 2 port.
Windows 7 does not support USB 3.0 natively. You could inject such drivers in your sourse by yourself, or try the advanced option in the latest version program to inject and load them.
