Dr.Web antivirus detected Trojan.Encoder.29722 in the RMPrepUSB_French.pdf file.
Please clarify the situation.
False positive, not much to clarify, especially with pdf file.
Please report back to Dr.Web, they are usually quite quick in fixing virus signatures.

after opertinng system select then press Go button then system automatcially restat & Blew screen found
attached pendrive then select operating system then press Go button then system automatcially restart & Blew screen found.this same issue are found in same in 10 – 15 system

What operating system select, do you mean ISO select with auto format enabled or is that when booting the USB stick?
If that happens when using the program, the log files will be helpful, details in the FAQ page.

When I add an ISO using advanced options I still have to go into
Menu.1st and remove the default text Labels that are generated.
I use this program all the time. It’s great just the way it is.

WinSetupFromUSB implements Grub4DOS and always works in Legacy mode.
How to activate or configure Grub4DOS so that it also works in UEFI mode?
Grub4dos does not support UEFI.
WinSetupFromUSB creates UEFI compatible disk when using Windows based sources, just make sure to format using FAT32.
