Here is an incomplete list of some of the supported sources tested with WinSetupFromUSB.
Since new sources are added frequently, please check again for updates.
Tests are usually performed on a NTFS formatted USB flash disk, including the Linux based ones. If there are additional steps needed to get a source going or another file system is needed, there will be a note.

Could you please add Sergei_Strelec recovery iso to your support. It dosn’t have your normal boot files and winsetupfromusb wont accecpt it.
https://sergeistrelec.ru/winpe-10-8-sergei-strelec-english/175-winpe-10-8-sergei-strelec-x86-x64-native-x86-20190823-english-version.html or
https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/sergei_strelecs_winpe.html .You have a great product if only it accept sergeis disk.
Thanks Shane.
It’s Microsoft’s default files and locations, not mine.
That source uses heavily modified/customized boot structure which cannot be easily supported in multiboot, plus that structure can change at any moment wasting all eventual efforts to support it.
it will work, format the drive as NTFS because the file is too large for Fat32 then load it onto USB with the Linux ISO/Other option.
I have Sergi Strelec on my USB works like a charm no issues
Good to know, thanks.
Do all software on it work fine when started this way?
i have fixed that problem by trying 4 full days. i tried many stuff and got the fix and it was very painful
the fix is here. you should copy “boot” folder from any windows iso, then copy bcd folder from “SSTR” into the boot folder you copied from another windows iso. after you did that you should create an ISO img via ImgBurn tool. you MUST select bootable media check and add “etfsboot.com” as booting file. make sectors from 4 to 8 and add “Microsoft Corporation” to the needed section. after that, winsetupfromusb will recognise the sergei ISO as normal WinPE ISO file and it will boot without any problems. that shit cost me 4 full days. enjoy
Does this tool supports burning windows iso that contains install.esd in its sources folder ?
Yes
Can i add mac os with winsetupfromusb
That’s not supported
Is this software still being update?
If so, can MS-DOS 6.22, Windows 3.1 Windows 95 And Windows 98 Second Edition be added to the next update?
It is, when needed and when possible.
Have you tried adding these as Linux/Other ISO?
If that doesn’t work, I doubt these will be prioritized and included in next work.
You can also get you going by googling grub4dos + windows 3.1/95/98. Think there were some caveats but don’t recall the details.
I can’t boot WinPE10_8_Sergei_Strelec_x86_x64_2019.12.28 latest version. This version up to 4GB. Please help me.
I believe this was answered on another page
is not support for MX linux and AntiX linux
Please provide download links to the same versions you tested and what exactly did not work
Just tested MX Linux 19.1 x64 and Anti-X 19.2 x64, both worked just fine, you will have to provide details what happens on your PC
