Here is an incomplete list of some of the supported sources tested with WinSetupFromUSB.
Since new sources are added frequently, please check again for updates.
Tests are usually performed on a NTFS formatted USB flash disk, including the Linux based ones. If there are additional steps needed to get a source going or another file system is needed, there will be a note.
Please leave a comment if you have tested another source, with a description and link to it, or if you have a request for a new one.
Windows 2000/XP/2003 Setup option, multiple sources are supported:

- Windows 10 – single and dual ISOs created by Microsoft Media Creation Tool or downloaded from Microsoft. Dual ISOs made by the same tool (x32 and x64 in a single ISO) are supported since version 1.9.
- Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 any architecture, any SP, any version
- Windows Thin PC – Windows Thin PC 90 day evaluation
- Symantec Norton Ghost 15.01
- Windows Defender Offline , 32 and 64 bit versions, select to save as an ISO file when creating the startup media

Basically, all DOS based ISOs should work fine, since they operate in real-mode and the created by grub4dos virtual CD with the contents of the ISO file are still active and visible.
Hiren’s Boot CD 15.2 – Tested
Note: the file must be renamed with letter because contains some special char.

Sorry, I wouldn’t support Hiren’s BCD while it contains files and operating systems which are subject to proper licensing and redistribution rights.
I see no flooding and no reason to delete your posts. Let me know if you need them removed anyway.
How did you get norton bootable recovery tool to work. When I try adding as an ISO it starts and says file not found error
Maybe something has changed. At least one of the AutoIt dependencies, wsock32.dll is missing in new NBRT boot.wim images, and the custom AutoIt script which mounts the ISO cannot start, hence the error about missing files.
You can get it running by copying all files from the large NBRT.ISO in the relevant WinSetup folder to Sources un USB disk root, e.g.:
NBRT.ISO \Sources\SYMANTEC_NBRT –> USB disk \Sources\SYMANTEC_NBRT\
NBRT.ISO \Sources\Drivers\ –> USB disk \Sources\Drivers\
Then you can delete NBRT.ISO.
I will see what I can do to get it properly supported in the next versions.

I have tested Inquisitor(http://www.inquisitor.ru/about/) but it doesn’t work. Could you take a look at it?
Inq-live-3.1beta2-amd64-debian.iso works fine here, both on NTFS and FAT32 formatted partition and real machine.
Not so lucky with inq-live-3.0-x86_64.iso- seems to based on old version of Alt Linux which does not support SysLinux isohybrid-ed images and file system, nor I could find a proper kernel parameter to pass the ISO file as argument, as the most recent distribution have.
The only suitable kernel parameter I found was automatic=method:disk, which brings up later on options to provide an ISO file or a directory with livecd file, but sadly ISO mounting fails half way through, and providing a directory with the livecd file brings another error that it cannot be found or something along the lines. That’s on FAT32, NTFS is a no-go, since the module seems to be missing in the build.
Thanks for checking it. The beta version works fine. I admire your work, Winsetupfromusb is awesome. I have tried a lot of multiboot programs but all of them had problems. Keep it up!
this software can create bootable usb for multi iso files? even if the flash drive format was ntfs and usb 3.0? because i tested many softwares but every-time windows 7 fail to see drivers during installation process when i create it with that method
What do the ISO files contain?
NTFS should be irrelevant, no idea why mentioning it, are you booting Linux source as well?
Windows 7 does not include USB 3.0 drivers, you’d have to integrate them in your source using DISM for example, or use USB 2.0 port.
The next version, which is nearly ready, has an option to load custom drivers before start of Setup, that might help.
Or you are experiencing some other issue?

I have a few suggestions here:
For Windows 7 multi-version ISO (e.g. I have an ISO of Windows 7Ultimate with both x64 and x86 on it, and should be able to choose which version as a menu, right after the install process get started.) Similar to this screenshot: http://postimg.org/image/wh74jl6kf/
But WinSetupFromUSB skips this step, and automatically choose the x64 version. Is there a solution?
Another request is:
For Windows 7 setup ISO to show on the first level of the menu. Currently, you need to choose the first line in the level one menu, and than choose again on the second level menu.

To the first question- depends how the ISO was made. If single boot.wim and single boot image in it, and selecting versions is done when setup is loaded, as in install.wim, then everything will be transferred as it is. In all other cases manual intervention is needed.
To the second question – not possible, since we are multibooting, right? How would you select and boot Linux source for example, if Windows NT6 boot menu is displayed right away? 😉
I cannot get the Kaspersky rescue disk to boot it just goes to a black screen, everything else works great but that.
Anybody know of what may be causing it?
Try the Text mode boot option if Graphics one does not work on a particular machine. Once in Text mode, you could try the few options to start Graphics mode, or just use the Text mode.
It might be also a good idea to test on another machine to rule out bad download etc.
The moment I select it it goes to a black screen, no chance to select the text mode. I have tested on 3 machines none of them have worked.
And re-downloaded the iso and have tested it with yumi and sardu and by itself, it loads fine.

I’ve tested with freshly downloaded ISO in case something was changed and both the old and the new ISOs worked fine on real hardware and VirtualBox. Do not test in QEMU, it most likely won’t work.
Can you send me the relevant WinSetupFromUSB.log file in program directory? Paste it on pastebin.com or upload it to datafilehost.com and give me the link.
In addition- do you happen to be using wrote-protect hard switch on the USB stick?
How was the USB disk formatted initially? The auto-format option or some other tool? What file system?
Try also holding the INSERT key on your keyboard once booting from USB, this should enter grub4dos debug mode where you have to press a key to go to each next step. Select Kaspersky Rescue once you get to the boot menu and tell me where it hangs.

I have tried auto-format, bootice and rmprepusb in fat32 and ntfs.
Try to update grub.exe and grldr in\files\grub4dos\ with newer versions from http://code.google.com/p/grub4dos-chenall/downloads/list
Then rebuild the USB disk. Try a few 0.4.6a and 0.4.5c versions.
No luck, oh well not the most important iso I need on there, thanks got all the assistance.
