It’s supported since version 1.4. Is it not working for you? Need to add it as Linux/Other ISO.

1) Not really when you are booting in BIOS/compatible mode and you need to have other, non Windows sources.
2) Is that for BIOS/compatible mode boot? Google for “grub4dos wallpaper”

I am replacing windows 10 with windows 7. I already have a bootable iso W7 on the usb that’s inserted. I’m not clear what I have to select on the opening page if I already have the usb ready to go. Can you clarify? Thanks
